Decapitated, Skinned Animals Found in White Lake
Police say they are looking for any information about the bizarre discovery made in a wooded area of White Lake.
Four cats, a rabbit and a large dog were found dead and skinned in a wooded area near Cross Road and Nathan Oscar Drive in White Lake.
According to White Lake Police, the animal that appeared to be a large dog was also missing its head.
The report states a woman was walking her dogs in the area, as she normally does, Jan. 19 when she discovered the carcasses.
Lt. Don Nankervis with the White Lake Police Department said officers looked in the area and examined the animals but couldn't find any collars or identification that would indicate if they were someone's pets.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information can call 248-698-4400.

Jeffery Dahmer started like this. Call in the Feds. You have a bad actor, pick him off before our pets and citizens are in his dreams

This is very disturbing indeed. Here is where social media can probably help: whoever is doing this most likely has told SOMEONE about it. If the area high schools, for example, help spread the alert, it could help reduce the time until the person is apprehended.

I agree with Kirk....who ever it is will soon move to people if they are capable of "practicing" on animals and 6 animals found at once. Crazy!

an amateur or rookie taxidermist would start with fish or deer. Cats and dogs?? Rabbit? Sounds like a coward serial killer.. Someone who wants to pose threat, but is toooooo good to spend too much time in prison. So they use animals.. Family like animals. Intentions to do it again. Prolly won't kill people, this person will instead make a purse out of your pet and purposely walk past you with it or send it to you on your birthday. ~maybe
