The annual Fourth of July parade in downtown Milford celebrated America’s birthday on Monday.

The spectacular parade sponsored by the Milford Historical Society showcased veterans, bands, horses as well as kings and queens.

Families from Huron Valley filled Main Street to thank veterans and to celebrate the birthday of the United States. Community groups including the White Lake Historical Society, Building Blocks Pre-School and the Huron Valley Optimist Club enjoyed the parade, participating again this year.

And what a day is it was. Doesn't get much better than sunny skies, warm temps, people dressed so patriotically, lots of candy and happy kids. Life is good in the Huron Valley.
