- Be sure to fill in all of the starred areas on the form.

Thank you to all of the salespeople that helped me today at JC Penney's. I asked for help finding an item. Within minutes 2 salespeople helped by going thru the store looking for the item. Later I needed more help finding something and again 2 other salespeople came to my rescue. Just letting them know it was appreciated. I will go back for all the rest of my shopping.

Thank you to the Office Max, White Lake store. I bought a bookshelf and was disappointed to have all the pieces unpacked but no assembly instructions. The store manager found the instructions, and faxed them to my house, saving me a trip to the store. It might not seem like a big deal when you read it here, now, but trust me it saved me a huge amount of frustration and inconvenience.
