Thanksgiving is today, and as my family heads into town for the annual dinner, I've been reflecting on this last year and counting my blessings.

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for my family, immediate and extended, and my wonderful in-laws.

I'm also thankful for my beautiful home, my three cats, my lovable English Labrador and all the love I have for my husband, Brian.

I'm thankful for my job, the people I talk to everyday in White Lake and Highland, and for all my White Lake-Highland Patch readers.
