Some sort of kids activity center/play place would be great! Something like Detroit Kid City or Boogie Babies

The desire for "some sort of kids center" has come up numerous times in conjunction with various vacant sites.
What is the usage utilization over at the Dublin Senior Center? That facility consumes over $120k of White Lake Township's budget each year. Perhaps a day or two each week of the center can be reserved for this "some sort of kids center" use, with appropriate fees to cover staff and equipment/toys.
