Residents definitely feel we need another upscale restaurant, a 24 hour type Coney Island, and a grocery store to complement Colasantis. The Sav-A-Lot is not a standard grocery store, though it is a great resource for big families and others who love to shop there.

too bad I don't have an extra half million kicking around, because I bet the acoustics in there are awesome. Wouldn't it be great to have a local concert/entertainment venue for touring acts? Right now, we have to trek to downtown Pontiac to go to e.g. Clutch Cargo's or The Crofoot. Don't get me wrong, places like Baker's, Billy's Tip-N-Inn or the Red Dog all have great local live music, but to have a real "concert" experience you need a much larger venue. My husband and I love going to see live music that isn't merely "cover band" music.
