In fact, here is the article where he acknowleges that the issue needs to be addressed.

?
I'm guessing that WLT's reference to the sewer fiscal fiasco was meant to be in response to perhaps a different/related thread? But now that it's made here, it would seem that the decisions that were made back then (which we are now having to deal with on a crisis basis), those decisions seem to have been made before Mr. Baroni became Supervisor. Curiously, though, it seems that perhaps every other incumbent (including those who are "returning" but in a different post/position) were the same elected officials that were in charge when decisions were made which has resulted in the the sewer funding debacle we now have.

Perhaps this http://whitelake.patch.com/articles/white-lake-s-greg-baroni-eager-to-continue-work-as-supervisor is the article/thread to which WLT's comments might best apply? Either way, it would appear now-Sen. Kowall was supervisor during much of that time. If anyone has a good time-frame for when these various sewer projects were funded/started and budgetted, I can try to piece together who was holding office during that time so we can perhaps better sort out who would best be able to explain why those funding decisions were made, which we are now apparently regretting having been made.
