DESCRIPTION:The Ladies Auxiliary at VFW Oxbow Post 4156\, 321 Union Lake 
 Road\, in White Lake\, is once again hosting the 4th Annual Veterans Tha
 nksgiving Dinner on Saturday\, November 10\, 2012 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.\
 nLocal veterans and their families are invited to come for turkey dinner
  with all the holiday fixings. There is no charge for dinner but you mus
 t have a ticket. Only 150 tickets are available beginning in mid-October
  and can be reserved by calling Linda or Scott at 810-227-2091. Arrangem
 ents can be made to deliver meals to someone who can&rsquo\;t attend\, w
 ithin a 10 mile radius of the post.\nThe Ladies are also accepting non-p
 erishable food items for their annual Holiday Food Drive. The need for d
 onations has never been greater as they help local veterans and their fa
 milies who are struggling through this challenging time. Collecting food
 \, as well as toiletries such as hand and face soap\, toilet paper\, sha
 mpoo\, etc.\, will continue through December 1. The Ladies will then mak
 e food baskets that will be delivered in time for Christmas. Your much a
 ppreciated donations can be dropped off at the Thanksgiving Dinner or at
  the VFW Canteen anytime.
