We will be running a Yoga class through the Highland Adult Activity Center. Thursday mornings at 8am.The fee for the class is $25 for a 5 week session. We are hoping to incoporate a massage therapy session immediatly following tha Yoga class. The Massage fee is $15 for a 20 minute massage.
