5 Must-Know Facts About Cheesecake Factory Grand Opening

1. The Cheesecake Factory opens 11 a.m. Tuesday. 

The grand opening Tuesday is expected to attract hundreds of cheesecake lovers and the restaurant's fans to Twelve Oaks Mall. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

2. There will be one line. 

Peggy Hayes, Twelve Oaks marketing and sponsorship director, said customers will be directed to form one line starting at the outside entrance of the restaurant, near Nordstrom. 

3. Prepare to wait outside. 

Only if it is raining will people be allowed to take the line indoors, Hayes said. Otherwise, prepare to wait outside Tuesday morning. 

4.  No one can get in line before 6 a.m. 

Hayes said mall security will not allow anyone to form a line outside of The Cheesecake Factory before 6 a.m. If people do begin to congregate there before that time, they will be asked to move. 

5.  You cannot make reservations. 

The Cheesecake Factory does not take reservations. When the restaurant reaches capacity, employees will hand out pagers to alert patrons when their table is ready.
