Concert Features Civil War Music

The 5th Michigan Regiment Band will play at at 7 p.m. today as part of a free concert.

Formerly the 5th Michigan Infantry Band, its members will perform Civil War classics like Battle Hymn of the Republic and Dixie on authentic antique or replica instruments.

Bring your own chairs or blankets for seating. For more information about the concert, call the White Lake Township Library at 248-698-4942.
