Hang Onto Your Goat

That’s right – “hang onto your goat!”

I've never heard it expressed quite like that until I read this wonderful article by Beverly Goldsmith in Melbourne, Australia. I’m not giving it away here, but it’s good for your health.

I had an experience in my own life where it was good for my health, so I’m definitely going to “hang onto my goat!” How about you?

The explanation of the goat comes well into Goldsmith's article.
