The Root Restaurant and Bar features A Midsummer Night's Feast, an event that features an an amuse bouche (appetizer) and six courses of some of the best food James Rigato, executive chef, has to offer.
The courses are separated in two sections by palate-clearing grapefruit sorbet, grapefruit segments and Lillet Blanc.
Cost is $65 for the meal; in addition, a petit wine pairing is available for $15 more, while a grand wine pairing can be had for an additional $30.
