1. The weather
The National Weather Service says we can expect partly cloudy skies and near record highs 70 to 74. Friday night will be partly cloudy with lows between 52 to 56 degrees.
2. Gas prices
According to DetroitGasPrices.com, the lowest reported gasoline price in the White Lake area as of Thursday night was $3.99 per gallon at the gas station.
3. On this day in history
According to History.com, in 1968, a platoon of American soldiers brutally killed between 200 and 500 unarmed civilians at My Lai, one of a cluster of small villages located near the northern coast of South Vietnam.

Thursday a tornado ripped through Dexter and caused significant damage. If you want to help, the Red Cross is asking that you donate to their disaster relief fund, they can't take food or clothing donations at this time.
