Fenton Police and Fire Honored for Saving Life, Lesbian Couple Fights Adoption Law

1. In Fenton, police Lt. Nick Will and firefighters Josh Sturgis, Matt Hadfield and Mike Johnson of the Fenton Fire Department received CPR Save Pins and letters of Commendation from Fire Chief Bob Cairnduff for saving a man's life. In addition, Cairnduff recognized STAT EMS personnel Charles Bowen, Adam Luman and Chris Samon for their roles.

2. An Oakland Community College student and Farmington Hills resident came up missing after a recent trip to Syria, according to the Detroit News.
