The Root Restaurant & Bar will host A Michigan Summer
Wine Dinner featuring Verterra Winery. Held on Thursday, July 25 at The Root Restaurant & Bar, the five-course dinner prepared by executive chef James Rigato will start at 6:30 p.m. The first course will be served at 7 p.m., and each course will be paired with a select wine from Verterra Winery. The cost of the dinner is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are an additional $30 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 248-698-2400.
