Healthy Kids Healthy Families Workshop

Join
ONE Training for a two hour interactive & educational group session
promoting healthy lifestyles for kids & their families. This is a fun way
to learn about fitness, nutrition & wellness together.

This
program is for families with children ages 6-18, who are looking for a program
that focuses on improving health through nutrition, exercise and behavior
modification.  Participants will learn through discussion and hands on
experiences led by certified personal trainers, nutrition counselors and
wellness coaches. Activities include metabolic assessments, meal planning,
snack ideas, exercises for home, yoga for stress relief and more.
