Homework Challenges and Students with High Functioning Autism/Asperger

The Hidden Curriculum Series:

The Importance of Homework

Totallysocialasd.com
will be presenting an educational seminar on the importance of
homework.  We will be focusing on how important gaining and practicing
homework skills are to those children/teens in the general education
setting with high functioning autism, Asperger syndrome, and other
social cognitive challenges.  These skills build the foundation for
future job skills and functional independence.  The social coaches will
provide families with ASD evidence based interventions and strategies
that have been proven successful in the home setting.

Sessions are broken into age groups:

January 16th: focus on ages 7-13
January 30th: focus on ages 14+

Ticket Price: $30.00 for the whole family

Bring
along anyone in the family who works with your child at home including
aunts, uncles, grandparents, siblings, etc.  all for $30.00.
