Zombies are Coming to the Book Boutique Blood & Brains Boo-nanza

Looking for the perfect way to kick off your Halloween season? Then be sure to attend the Book Boutique’s Blood and Brains Boo-nanza Zombie Fest. It’s

a eerie evening of frightening films, creepy costumes, marvelously

macabre make up and plenty of laughs and chills!  The festivities begin

with screenings of two locally produced horror comedies!  First, enjoy

Anthony Gaskell’s award-winning short "Deadline: Medium Rare", followed

by John J. Wisniewski’s comedy "Dayplanner Of The Dead", featuring

horror icons Kyra Schon and Gary Streiner (Night Of The Living Dead) and

Tom Sullivan (Evil Dead).  There will be two showings of the films, at 7 p.m. and then again at 9 p.m. The evening will also feature live make-up demonstrations and costume contests. Prizes for the best dressed

will be tickets to the Flint Horror Con and local haunted houses. Those

with reservations will get priority seating. The cost is $10 at the
