Customer Relations Associate

Customer relations associate will be responsible for a variety of functions. These include but are not limited to

·         Compiling a quote and contacting client via e-mail

·         Follow up e-mail to clients

·         Answer phone calls regarding questions about orders or products

·         Inputting reservation information for client orders

·         Sending Rental Contract to client using Docusign system

·         File all paperwork according to steps of process

·         Send reminder e-mails to clients regarding orders

Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Supervisor

Monday – Friday: 9AM to 5:30PM - Possible Saturday when Needed

Hours are subject to change during peak season

Job Description: Supports Operations Manager in any area of the warehouse as needed. Has a working knowledge of all departments throughout the warehouse. Manages shipping & receiving department and coordinates inbound and outbound orders, including local deliveries and pickups. Assists in inventory control of the warehouse, maintaining proper levels of supplies for the shipping department and our laundry department and completes required record keeping for department. The candidate for this position should be able to support positive warehouse moral by keeping the atmosphere positive, personal conversations to a minimum and reporting misconduct issues to the operations manager.
