Detroit Lions Youth Football Offensive Skills Academy in White Lake (July 22nd-25th)

The Offensive Skills Academy will be held at Lakeland High School in White Lake, Monday, July 22nd thru Thursday, July 25th from 9:00 am - 12 noon each day for boys and girls, ages 8 to 14.The Offensive Skills Academy will teach the athletes the fundamentals of Quarterback, Running Back, and Wide Receiver through high energy instruction and is designed to enhance a player's beginning, intermediate or advanced skill levels. Participants are grouped based on age and skill level for the Academy. The Academy is conducted by Chris Fritzsching, Director of Detroit Lions Youth Football, and the Detroit Lions Youth Football Coaching Staff, who are coaches and professional educators from the collegiate and high school ranks. The Offensive Skills Academy will also include a visit from a current or former Detroit Lions player to work with, speak to, and sign autographs for all participants. The Detroit Lions Offensive Skills Academy will also include a 7-on-7 scrimmage possibility within their groups for the athletes to apply what they have learned throughout the camp in a game like environment.
