Police were called to a home on the 3000 block of Silver Birch at 1:25 a.m. for a noise complaint, the report states. When the officer arrived, he saw several people outside the home intoxicated and talking loudly.

The report states a man and woman were walking in the middle of the road in front of the home, and when the officer flashed his light at the couple, the man pulled down his pants and flashed the officer.
