White Lake Police are looking for a man they say is suspected of taking a television set from without paying on Nov. 15.

Lt. Adam Kline said police were called to the scene after Walmart workers reported a man pushed a TV in a cart out the door without paying for it.

One of the employees took down the car's license plate number, and Kline said the vehicle was later found in Pontiac, but the TV was missing.

"We haven't been able to locate the driver of the vehicle or the owner the car is registered to," Kline said. The incident remains under investigation.

Credit card taken from unlocked vehicle

A credit card was reported stolen on Nov. 15 from a vehicle on the 8300 block of Elizabeth Lake Road.

Kline said the owner told police someone had broken into his unlocked Ford F-150 and taken the card from the glove box.

There are no suspects at this time, and neighbors told police they didn't see anything suspicious.

The incident remains under investigation.
