Hats off to the Oakland County Police Department for making a arrest involving the auto break-ins in the Highland area. I was one of the victims and received a pleasant phone call last night from the OCPD informing me about the arrest. I am thrilled to get my belongings back but for them to catch the culprits was the 'icing on the cake'. Great job guys. 'Happy in Highland', Steve Westermeier
