White Lake Police Investigate Home Invasion on Laurent Lane

The following information was supplied by the White Lake Township Police Department. Arrests and charges do not indicate convictions.

are investigating an attempted home invasion on the 300 block of Laurent Lane in .

Lt. Don Nankervis said the incident happened between midnight-9 a.m. Tuesday.

"The homeowner told police he came home and found a window broken out," Nankervis said.

According to the report, there were also pry marks on the door to the home, but the owner said nothing was missing inside.

None of the neighbors interviewed by police saw anything suspicious.

The incident remains under investigation.

Police still looking for information on arsons

Nankervis said a reward is still being offered for information on the arsons in Cedarbrook Estates.

On Sept. 14, four vehicles in the mobile home park were set on fire. Fire investigators from and Oakland County have stated the fires were arson.

Fire investigators and police are asking the public for help and caution that the person or people involved are dangerous and a risk to public safety and welfare.
