Special White Lake Citizens League Meeting
White Lake Citizens League has scheduled a special meeting from 3-4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11 in the Highland Township auditorium.
The WLCL has set up the meeting to provide a forum for White Lake residents to meet with township and law enforcement officials regarding several recent concerns that have arisen on White Lake.
White Lake and Highland Township supervisors, ordinance enforcement officers from both townships, and representatives from the Oakland County and Marine Sheriff departments will be present.

Issues on the agenda include non-resident boat docking, safe navigation concerns, noise concerns, and general questions about the Marine Sheriff patrols.
In addition to the discussion of several specific issues, we hope to reach a better understanding of the process for handling similar issues in the future, as well as determining the appropriate role of the White Lake Citizens League is in this process.
