Certified instructor Lois Sanders leads gentle exercise that aids flexible movement. Body Recall is recognized by AARP and the U.S. Public Services for making an exemplary contribution to healthy aging. Cost is $30 for 15 classes or $3 per class drop-in fee. Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Due to holiday schedules, there will be NO class on Nov. 24, Nov. 26, Dec. 15, Dec. 24, Dec. 27, Dec. 31 and Jan. 3.
