Mom 2 Mom/Costume Consignment Sale

Parents on a budget want affordable, fun, and quality products for their kids.

This calls for the fourth annual Mom-2-Mom Sale at Lakeland High School on Saturday, October 8 from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m., which coincides with the first-ever Halloween Costume Consignment sale!

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Lakeland High School Girls Swim Team.  Freedom Work Opportunities, Inc will also be on hand following the show for those sellers who want to donate their items to charity.

New this year is the Costume Consignment Sale, brought to you by Macaroni Kid!  If you have any gently used Halloween costumes sitting at home, and you would like to sell them, this is the place. 

All you have to do is drop them off at one the following locations:

-The Freedom Works Resale Clothing Store at 1246 S. Milford Road in Highland

-Freedom Treasures Resale Store at 2946 Highland Road in Highland.

Fill out how much you want each costume sold for, and we will sell it for you.  The deadline to drop off costumes is Thursday, October 6.  All unsold costumes and money from sold items must be picked up at 1 pm the day of the sale. 

Mom-2-Mom tables are 8' and are limited. Table skirts will not be provided. Setup will be available from 4-8 p.m.  Friday, Oct. 7 and reopened at 7 am the day of the sale.

For $20 a table, each person can sell slightly used clothes, toys, and miscellaneous items. You can also purchase rack space for $2 and/or pay $1 per large item you sell (large items are placed in a separate sales room).

Please note that participants must register a table to purchase rack space and/or large items. Sellers are required to stay until 1 p.m.

Single tables and rack space can be purchased at www.huronvalleyrec.com. If you would like additional tables, or to register your large items, go to the Duck Lake Center at 5061 N. Duck Lake Rd.  Highland, MI 48356 or either Pools and Fitness Centers at Lakeland and Milford High Schools. 

Admission to both sales is $1 at the door.
