From Scratch Lasagna Class

The first class of the new year is taking place from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Jan, 14 in Colasanti's classroom.

Learn all the steps necessary to make your own from scratch lasagna! Sure, you can buy noodles, but why do that when you can learn to make them yourself? Your instructor Donna will teach you her family's old world Italian recipe for this classic dish.

This class will involve practical demonstrations, a recipe to take home, and tasty samples!

Please bring a notepad and pen; all other materials are included in class fee.

Pre-registration is required.
