Last Chance: Lakeland Needs Donations

Our new 'Last Chance' feature lets you know about important upcoming deadlines.

Lakeland High School (LHS) needs donations needed for the seniors last day. The school is looking for donations of gift cards, sporting tickets, etc. for the seniors' last day activities at Lakeland. All donations can be sent in care of Scott Rolando. The school is also looking for donations of water and juice for the Senior Breakfast to be held on Friday, May 25, before the seniors' last day activities.

Any donations of water, juice, or milk should be dropped off in the LHS Main Office between the hours of 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday, Attn: Mr. Scott Rolando so that they can be stored for the breakfast.

"The closer we get to the event the better, due to expiration dates," Rolando said. "We are also in need of senior parent servers for the breakfast, as we have it catered in, but we need parent servers to server the food."
