Standing Saturday morning run - varying lengths.  We'll adjust start time based on sunrise.

We park in the parking lot by the trail map and (NOT near the runner's restroom) - After you are in the park turn right in to the parking lots (on top of the hill) and then stay left until you see the trail map.
