Sparks in the Park

The annual Sparks in the Park event takes place Saturday, June 25 (rain date is Sunday, June 26) at Milford High School.  

At 3 p.m. The Great Campout, sponsored by Huron Valley Recreation, starts. Enjoy a night of camping under the stars. Bring your tent, family, and camp out at Milford High School. Includes 15'x15' tent space, open pool, campfire, hot dog & s'mores cookout, and lawn games.

You can register for camping  through Thursday, June 23. The deadline is 4:30 p.m. in person at the Duck Lake Center, at Lakeland or Milford Pools & Fitness offices through 8 p.m., or through  8:30 p.m. at www.huronvalleyrec.com. (The fee  is $45.)

Food vendors and Sparks Market Avenue, hosting a variety of locally crafted, hand-made products and locally grown produce including plants/flowers, yard and garden décor, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as crafts, restaurant samplers, make-up/cosmetics, jewelry, and clothing, are available starting at 4 p.m.

From 5-10 p.m., listen to live bands.

And finally, at 10 p.m., the long-awaited fireworks show starts. 

Regarding parking: please plan to arrive early! Shuttles will not be offered this year because we have plenty of parking on site and around the area. Click here to see a map.
