White Lake Racing on Saturdays (CANCELED)

Assuming the winter weather cooperates, White Lake Racing plans for six days of racing on the lake near the White Lake Inn this year!

Races of all kinds are planned from Friday, Jan. 20-Sunday, Jan. 22 (round 1) and Friday, Feb. 24-Sunday, Feb. 26 (round 2).  

Round 1 is Jan. 20-22; round 2 takes place Feb. 24-26.

On Fridays, Drag Racing Quads and Sleds are used, with a 50 percent payback per class. Register starting at noon; races take place between 3 and 9 p.m. under lights.

Saturday races include 8 a.m. registration, a Hare/TT/ICE Scramble and the course begins at 10 a.m. Oval exhibition races are from 1-5 p.m. and drag races under lights take place from 5-9 p.m. On Saturday, Feb. 25, there is a $1,500 Koldkutter Pro Quad Shootout.

Each Sunday features registration at 9 a.m. and practice at 10 a.m., with races to follow. AMA membership is required to participate.

Sunday, Jan. 22 is the AMA Ice Racing Points Series, while Sunday, Feb. 26 is the culmination of all these events, the AMA Ice Racing Series State Championships, which features $30,000 in cash and prizes

You may get gate tickets in advance through this link: cost is $8 for a day pass and $21 for a weekend pass by the online purchase deadline; on race day, it goes up to $10 for a day pass/$25 per weekend pass.
