Viewfinder: Lakeland Golfers Finish 7th in KLAA Championship
They compete again on Thursday in the district tournament.
The Lakeland golf team finished in 7th place in the KLAA conference championship at Tyrone Hills on Tuesday.
Alex Kleckner and Jake Kneen both shot 80 to lead the Eagles. Senior Ty Bouwens shot 82 in his last KLAA conference match.
The Eagles shot 325 in the 12 team field. Freshman Justin Pahl chipped in with a 83 for Lakeland.

The Pinckney Pirates took the championship with a score of 298.
