Harry Potter's Butterbeer
This recipe is almost as good as the drink sold at the Harry Potter theme park at Universal Studios in Florida
Since tasting the butterbeer at the Harry Potter park in Universal Studios, I've been craving the buttery-sweet drink. There are several recipes on the internet (since Universal Studios refuses to release their secret recipe), but none have come as close to the real thing, in my opinion, as this recipe.
This is a great recipe to make with the kids for a Harry Potter movie night, or for a book reading party. Since reading is important to keep kids minds sharp in the summer, I suggest making a batch of butterbeer and starting the Harry Potter series (if you haven't read them already).

- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 2 Tbsp. of butterscotch syrup
- A can of vanilla cream soda
To start, whisk together the ice cream and syrup until it comes to a cream-like consistency. Next, take a frosted mug and fill 2/3 of it with cream soda. Top with as little or as much of the ice cream mix as you'd like. Enjoy!
