White Lake home and real estate update

Here is what has happened in White Lake home and real estate in the last month.  As most of you know White Lake is not like Novi, Northville, Royal Oak, or Birmingham.  White Lake is a little off the beaten path.  There is no easy way to get downtown Detroit.  So if you buy a piece of White Lake real estate it is because you work within a half hour of the community.  It is somewhat hard to get to White Lake from the south.  There is no easy way to get to White Lake.  You have many two lane roads that wind around the lakes.

So White lake real estate is not as highly desirable as some other community's homes.  Currently there are 144 homes for sale White Lake Michigan.   In the last 30 days there have been 59 real estate transactions.  There have been 2 homes that have been leased.  37 White Lake homes went pending and 20 White Lake homes sold.

8 of these homes were lakefront, 2 were canal front, and 17 had lake privileges.   The highest priced piece of White Lake real estate sold for $359,000.  It was a 2899 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home that was on the market for 105 days.

The least expensive White Lake home sold for $60,000.  It was an 1183 square feet, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home that was on the market for 45 days.  The average price per square foot of all 57 homes that went pending or were sold was $98 a square foot.  The average time on the market for these homes was 69 days on the market.
