Why buy in White Lake?

If you are relocating to Michigan  or new to Oakland County you may have never heard about White Lake Twp.  I guess the way I would describe White Lake Township is that it is a semi urban or semi rural area.  There is still plenty of space to build a home in the township.  You will find lots of lakes in area.  Some of the big all sports ones are:

Foreclosures Pontiac Lake Michigan
Cedar Island Lake Waterfront Properties
Homes on White Lake Oakland County

If the idea of living on a lake excites you, then you will find plenty of home styles, and lake sizes to fit whatever you want.  There is Bogie Lake that is a non Motorized Lake.  There is Tull Lake  that is a private limited all sports lake.  Or maybe you would be happy on a small lake like Cranberry Lake.  So many choices.

Most of White Lake Township real estate is not going to be huge homes, but there have been a lot of bigger newer brick colonials, contemporary and cape cod homes built in the last 15 years.   They range in size from 1800 square feet to over 3000+ square feet.  Of course you will find ranches, bungalows, and split level homes in the community too.

Lots sizes vary too.  There are the normal subdivisions that have lots varying from .15 acres to over 3/4 of an acre.  Then there are homes that have been built on acreage.  Most of the lake front homes are going to be on smaller lots.  However you will find some larger waterfront lots here and there.  Brendel Lake has some larger lake lots with homes on them.  Yes there is still vacant land yet to be built on in White Lake Township.  You can build your dream home whatever way you want to.  Check out Waterfront homes for sale White Lake MI

I myself have lived in White Lake now for 3 years.  I love it here and I recommend the community highly.  Give me a call on my cell (313) 310-9855 if you have questions about any Oakland County community or if you would like to talk about real estate.
