In November 2007, Colasanti's Market and Snook's Butcher Shoppe came together to form the incredibly popular Snook's & Colasanti's butcher, deli and grocery store. Colasanti's Market features an exciting array of traditional and USDA Organic produce. Enjoy a free cup of coffee while you shop for fresh-baked goods, organic and gluten-free, high-quality groceries and wine and beer from all over the world. Snook's butcher features a full-service deli, as well as a wide selection of meats, from cage-free chicken to USDA black Angus beef to gourmet heat 'n eat dishes and seafood delivered three times a week. Eat and relax watching the model train suspended from the ceiling, by the duck pond outside or enjoying live entertainment on weekends.

Since the transfer of ownership of Colasanti's from the Colasanti family to the Snooks, the quality of this store had dropped dramatically. Aside from much of the produce being overpriced, it is not uncommon to find spoiled food, the quality of the fish is poor (as an example, Walmart has better quality seafood). The store make a practice of re-cycling spoiled produce into cooked dishes from their kitchen. While aspects of the store are interesting, the housekeeping of the store is very dirty. When the store is dirty, you can expect key areas where food is prepared are also dirty and lack sanitary standards. Stay away!
