Not that long ago Dave & Amy's used to be a "5 STAR" restaurant and one of our favorites places to eat and would recommend in a heart beat but since Amy left and Dave appears to be more interested in the Skybox this place has really taken a nose dive. Although not nearly as frequent we still try to support it but its getting consistantly worse instead of better. Sorry to say but its not currently on our top five any longer.....

The food here is only mediocre. I've been here several times and had disappointing experiences. Individually, the problems have been dirt in the salad greens, small mold spots on the bread, overcooked steak, inconsistent portion sizes of same entree served at same table, and obvious day-old food passed off as fresh. The service is ok, but the quality of the food, preparation, and ingredients has gone south.
I've always thought the food here was just a step above mediocre. The salad bar is not always fresh, it seems. And the meals I've had here haven't really been anything to rave about. Very similar restaurant to Copperstones, in my opinion, and not as consistently good as Billy's or even Leo's.
I've had both breakfast and dinner (twice) here; everything seems to be good.
Good food, good portions, friendly wait staff. One of the restaurants we go back to, repeatedly.
My husband and I went to Dave and Amys tonight. The service was horrible . My husband got soup and salad bar. The salad bar was almost empty and when asked about refilling it it took a long time and we were almost ready to leave. I ordered a hamburger and had to wait over 30 min for it. Not once did the server stop and offered a refill for my husband coffee. We generally have been happy with this restaurant but after tonight we will have to reconsider about returning here.
I love Dave & Amy's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The service is quick, their prices are good and the best part is they have great food and a salad bar! I would recommend Dave & Amy's to anyone looking for a good place to eat! Plus it's always good to support the local businesses :)
