Three New Stores Coming to White Lake

Three empty store fronts will soon become home to White Lake Township's newest businesses ― a bakery, a beauty supply store and a baby consignment store. One Sweet Bakery and GG's Beauty Supply will open near Siam Fusion on Highland Road. Rugrat Resale and Consignment will open in the White Lake Plaza near Trifles cake store on Highland Road. "We're hoping to open before Thanksgiving," said Cindy Liebau, of White Lake, who owns the bakery with Susan Waterman, of Commerce Township. She said this is the first location for the store and the builders said it will take at least 45 days to complete. Liebau said everything will be homemade.
