Dave & Amy's, McDonald's Get Zoning Changes Approved
In a special meeting Tuesday, the White Lake Township Board of Trustees approved zoning changes for two White Lake businesses.
If you've been wondering about those big signs in front of Dave & Amy's and McDonald's on M-59, wonder no more. The signs explained zoning changes the two restaurants were seeking from White Lake Township—changes that were approved by the White Lake Township Board of Trustees Tuesday. The changes will allow the restaurants to make changes to their buildings without having to jump through additional hoops, according to Supervisor Greg Baroni. The two parcels were non-conforming parcels, and zoned local business. Under the current ordinance, non-conforming parcels can't make modifications to structure or features.
