Man Makes Death Threats, Banned from Highland Car Dealer
The following information was supplied by the Oakland County Sheriff's Department, Highland substation. Arrests and charges do not indicate convictions.
A 52-year-old Milford resident was banned from Jay Chevrolet in Highland after the man made death threats to employees, a report with the Oakland County Sheriff's Deputies states. According to the report, the man called the dealership on Aug. 15 to inquire about having work done on his truck. After the dealership informed the man that his truck was not under warranty, the man got angry. The report states that the man told two different employees that he was going to get a gun and kill "a bunch of (expletive)," he then said he was going to kill himself. I dont condone the mans behavior but that dealership must tick off an awful lot of people, I have been up there many times for issues with my own car (purchased from there) and on two different occasions there were others up there complaining very loudly and one was threatening Jay himself. I will never purchase another car from there again.   more ›
