Claire Brown Steele: "This is exactly why I think that we should embrace our child's decisions with their interests such as sports, clothes, etc. (unless their interests will hurt themselves or others). What will we be teaching them if we don't support them? They will only feel that what they like is wrong and that, in turn, something is wrong with them." What do you put in an Easter basket? Moms Talk: Breast-feeding

Breast-feeding can be a controversial topic these days. Let us know what you think.

All new mothers face the question of whether to breast-feed. This may seem simple enough, but if you're a new mom who has decided to breast-feed, you may face a host of other concerns as a result, such as where can you feed your baby? Is it taboo to feed while at a restaurant or other public place? If you are fortunate enough to have made it through these hurdles unscathed, when do you stop breast-feeding? If you breast-feed beyond one year, will others object because they think the child is too old to feed from the mother's bosom? With so many contradictory opinions on the topic, we want to know what you think about breast-feeding and the subsequent decisions that often put women in a position where they are judged by others. I breastfed all 4 of my kids, the first for 3 months (got mastitis twice), the second for 6 months, the third for 4 months and the final one for about 20 months. I never really liked it, but it sure is convenient. The worst thing about it is that it makes the mom responsible for all feedings (meaning the dad doesnt get up in the middle of the night).
