Good question and unfortunately the only details I have are from the police report that states the car "was stopped in the east bound lane of M-59 waiting to make a left turn." -

Hi Czeck-
I don't believe there has been a specific incident, but many students visit the library after school hours to take advantage of the space provided for studying or other needed resources.In any case where a group of teens gather together, there may be a need for extra monitoring and firm reminders to respect the rules of the library as well as the other patrons visiting during the day.
